Montgomery County Community College

Montgomery County Community College, also known as MCCC, Montco, or MC3, is a 2-year community college offering associate degrees and technical certification in numerous fields. While primarily serving the residents of Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, the institution is also attended by residents of neighboring Philadelphia County and Bucks County as well as foreign exchange students. It has transfer agreements with Temple University, Pennsylvania State University, Arcadia University, and many other local institutions of higher learning. High school graduates will typically attend MCCC to delay the expenses of undergraduate education and to improve their transcripts for acceptance to more selective universities. Graduates have attended some of the most prestigious universities in the nation, particularly the University of Pennsylvania, which is close by.
