Hamshahri

Hamshahri (Persian: همشهری) is an Iranian newspaper published by the Municipality of Tehran, and founded by Gholamhossein Karbaschi.
On February 6, 2006, Farid Mortazavi, graphics editor of the newspaper announced a competition for cartoons on the Holocaust, in retaliation to the twelve cartoons published by the Danish newspaper Jyllands-Posten. The twelve best contributions are to be rewarded with a golden coin each.
